Michael is a Registered Architect in thirteen states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin. He has a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design.

HAL SNOW, AIT
Architectural Studio Manager

Hal leads the architectural design for all our "out-of the-ground" projects. These projects include : shopping center grey shell building design, and professional and medical grey shell office developments. Hal in an Architect in Training. He has a Master of Architecture, a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.

WARREN SAMBACH, JR., AIA
Annual Services Studio Manager

Warren oversees all on-call architectural projects with State Agencies: renovations and remodel projects He is responsible for Project Management; as well as, Quality Control reviews of architectural documentation. He is a Registered Architect in Arizona and New York. He has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (Cum Laude).

MICHAEL RISTOW
Multi-Unit Studio Manager

Mike overseas the Multi-Unit Studio, and manages the design of all multi-unit franchise projects. He has 11 years of project coordination, design and
CAD operation experience including 8 years of retail and food service design.

DEBRA DIMMICK, AIA
Multi-Unit Studio Project Manager

Debra leads the architectural designs for our Franchise Clients. She is a Registered Architect in Arizona and Illinois, and manages FM GROUP INC’s Illinois Branch Office. She has a Bachelor of Architecture.

RANDY CLIBURN
Engineering Studio Manager

Randy overseas all engineering projects, and prepares electrical design and energy calculations for our projects. These projects range from franchise concepts to the design of prime generation and co-generation systems; as well as, stand-by emergency systems. Randy has an Associate of Occupational Studies in Electromechanical Drafting/CAD Technology.
