Our multi-disciplinary design division provides team members with both design and consulting services. From conceptual ideas, city pre-application, through construction administration and the interior design for the buildout of occupant areas, FM is committed to providing our team members with seamless coordination and quality designs.

• Conceptual Design: budgeting, scheduling, preliminary site and building footprint design
• Design Development: site planning, floor plans, exterior elevations, consultant coordination (landscape and civil engineering), material and color selection, city pre-application meetings
• Interior Design: common areas design, design criteria manuals, space planning, partion plans, material and color selection for occupants
• Construction Drawings: architectural and engineering designs of shell building
• Construction Support Services: permit administration, site observations
