Michael is a Registered Architect in thirteen states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin. He has a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design. Michael is also an AHERA Building Inspector, Management Planner, Contractor Supervisor and Project Designer.

PAUL ANGER
Environmental Division Manager & Senior Project Manager

Paul developed and managed numerous lead and asbestos identification and abatement oversight projects for federal, county, municipal, educational, commercial and private Clients. Prior to joining FM GROUP INC, Paul worked for an abatement contractor performing remediation activities. Paul is an AHERA Building Inspector, Management Planner, Contractor Supervisor and EPA Lead Risk Assessor. He has an Associates of Applied Science in Criminal Justice.

CLIFF ROLLE
Environmental Studio Manager

Cliff has developed and managed numerous lead and asbestos identification and abatement oversight projects for municipal, educational, commercial and private clients.  He is experienced in asbestos and lead-based paint inspections, reporting, contractor oversight activities, contract administration and environmental assessments.  Cliff has been involved in numerous EPA asbestos inspections and abatement oversight projects at Tempe Elementary School District No. 3, Gilbert Public Schools, City of Mesa and various charter schools.  Prior to performing environmental consulting services, he was the Facilities Risk Manager for Tempe Elementary School District No. 3 for 15 years, and Custodial Services Supervisor at Arizona State University for 4 years.
