FM GROUP INC was the designer and the Architect-of-Record for 20,000 square feet of professional & medical office condominium “grey-shell” buildings at this 2.73-acre infill development. FM incorporated design aesthetics of the new buildings with that of the surrounding existing retail center, drugstore and salon.FM GROUP INC is also assisting occupants of the shell buildings with space planning and interior design for the build-out of each occupants respective office areas.

FM GROUP INC is the Architect-of-Record for 370,000 square feet of office condominium “grey-shell” buildings at this 22-acre development. FM worked with the Developer and the General Contractor in further developing the initial building design into construction drawings/permit documents.

FM GROUP INC partnered with RICHARD BEST CONSTRUCTION in the Design/Build
of this single-story speculative commercial office/warehouse building in
Chandler, Arizona. In consideration of the limited site areas, an extensive
underground storm drainage system was designed to allow for perimeter vehicular
circulation on this corner lot. |

Superstition Hampton Avenue Distribution
Centers
Mesa & Tempe, Arizona
FM GROUP INC participated with general contractor Logos Builders Southwest,
LLC in the Design/Build of two distribution centers in Tempe and Mesa for
SUPERSTITION HAMPTON AVENUE, LLC. The Mesa build-to-suit facility, featured
here, includes 4,492 square feet of office space and 30,326 square feet
of distribution/warehouse space. This distribution center includes increased
parking lot areas with recessed truck dock amenities. |
