APPLIED CREATIVE selected FM GROUP INC for an exciting adaptive reuse of the former Goebel’s Jewelry Store building in Old Town Scottsdale. Our design for this graphic design / advertising firm showcased the business’ production process as well as their design pieces. The 3,587 square foot tenant improvement / building reuse incorporated the existing concrete vault from Godber's’s Jewelry as APPLIED CREATIVE’s current conference room.


	COFCO Development Corporation Phoenix, Arizona COFCO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION selected FM GROUP INC to complete designs for several tenant improvements at the Chinese Cultural Center building, including retail stores, offices, and adult educational classrooms. Many of these projects were completed as Design/Builds with sister company, FMG Construction.


	Estrella Mountain Community College Avondale, Arizona ESTRELLA MOUNTAING COMMUNITY COLLEGE selected FM GROUP INC to complete tenant improvement designs for five educational areas within two buildings. These designs included a Cisco Lab, Testing Room, Adjunct Faculty Area, Math and Writing Center, four new classrooms, display cases and a Microsoft Training Room. Three separate drawing packages were assembled in order to coordinate construction activities around on-going classes.


	FM GROUP INC Phoenix, Arizona In 2001, FM GROUP INC completed the tenant improvement designs and construction for our old office in Phoenix. Acting as both the design architect and contractor, we were able to successfully fast track this extensive tenant improvement project in less than 60 days. We combined the last two remaining spec suites by eliminating an existing corridor to create our current 6,664 square foot office space. To compliment the building’s award winning design by architect Eddie Jones, the office design for FM GROUP INC incorporated glass, steel and concrete with Feng Shui influences of color, texture and lighting.


	Spray Systems Environmental /Environmental Response, Inc. Tempe, Arizona SPRAY SYSTEMS / ERI selected FM GROUP INC to design the tenant improvements of an acquired warehouse building in Tempe. Our designs included the division to an existing warehouse into 11,539 square feet of new offices and 21,739 square feet of warehouse space for the storage of equipment. Our design solution incorporated both of the Owner’s businesses while sharing common public and support spaces.
