DSL SERVICES COMPANY selected FM GROUP INC to conduct a Feasibility Study of a property to be developed into a future data center and investment office/warehouse buildings. Once the purchase of the property was complete, FM GROUP INC also provided the specialized design for the data center.

FM GROUP INC teamed with Logos Construction for the Design/Build of the 7.5 acre project. Our design provided maximum lot coverage area (26,338 square feet) with maximum parking count. The new building, once construction is completed, will house the 5,000 square foot data center, including offices, storage, and support facilities.

Classic Gold Auto Centers
Tempe, Arizona

FM GROUP INC assisted CLASSIC GOLD AUTO CENTRE in optimizing the site to provide the largest possible building while meeting the City of Tempe’s design requirements. With an existing facility on the adjacent property, the City approved a Cross Access Agreement for the Client allowing us to tie-together truck circulation for both properties. The building includes a 1,000 square foot office area on two floors and shop area of 7,945 square feet.

TLCP Structural, Inc. Office Re-Use
Phoenix, Arizona

FM GROUP INC assisted TLCP in the re-use of a former bank as a functional office. The building was converted into a single tenant office space including an addition to the building where a parking canopy formerly stood. Additional parking was also added to the site.
