FM GROUP INC was selected to perform a Comprehensive (NESHAP Compliant)
Asbestos Survey for a Museum Complex in advance of scheduled renovation
activities. With the campus to remain occupied and operational, the asbestos
survey was accelerated to minimize disruptions to daily activities. We
also developed Technical Specifications for selective asbestos removal
and provided oversight services for remediation activities.

School District Buildings
Gilbert, Arizona
FM GROUP INC was selected to perform Comprehensive (AHERA Compliant)
Asbestos Surveys for 27 school district campuses, and to develop
AHERA-Compliant Management Plans for each campus. This fast-track
project was in response to the EPA’s recent order to the
District to comply with AHERA mandates. All work was conducted
after students had left the campuses.

Municipal Court Building
Phoenix, Arizona
FM GROUP INC was selected to perform a Comprehensive (NESHAP Compliant)
Asbestos Survey, a Lead-Based Paint Survey using the XRF methodology, and
developed Management Plans with annual re-inspections of the building.
Due to the size (11 floors and a basement) and the availability of the
building, FM GROUP INC devised a modified sampling strategy, saving significant
time on the project and saving the Client’s money.
