FM GROUP INC was selected to perform an indoor Air Quality
Survey for airborne mold particulates, visual inspections for
mold, and moisture measures of carpet and gypsum drywall impacted
by water filter leak. We provided moisture management at an
economical price and non-invasive solution by installing carpet
dryers and dehumidifiers to reduce the need for carpet and
drywall replacement.

FM GROUP INC was selected to conduct an Indoor Air Quality Survey for airborne
mold particulates, including visual inspection for mold in several prefabricated
wooden classroom buildings prior to the build-out for a new charter school
campus. Our post-construction activities included an Indoor Air Quality
survey of the completed school campus. This included a visual inspection
for mold and moisture measurements of selected gypsum drywall exposed to
storm damage during storage. We also developed Technical Specifications
for Mold/Moisture Management and provided oversight for removal of mold-contaminated,
water-damaged drywall in the kitchen area.
