Michael is the founder of FM GROUP INC. Michael is a Registered Architect in thirteen states: Arizona, California,
Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah
and Wisconsin. Michael has over 20 years experience as a program and project manager in the architectural, construction and environmental fields. He has completed architectural designs for projects ranging from 24/7/365 operational facilities to large-scale campus renovation programs to national franchise retail build-outs to multi-site, telecommunication equipment and installations. Michael was also the Architect and Construction Administrator for FM's first "Green" (sustainable) project - a brain scanning and allergy clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona.

BURMER
Operations Manager & Consulting Division Manager
Tim is also Licensed Commercial and Residential General Contractor with
over 20 years of experience in the construction, telecommunication
and facilities industries. He is responsible for overseeing our Program Management Consulting Division, providing our Developer clients with design, utility and construction coordination assistance.
MARGARET FRIES
Corporate Secretary, HR Administrator
Margaret is responsible
for administering benefit packages, and enforcing company
policies. Prior to joining FM GROUP INC, Margaret was involved in
public relations and marketing with several non-profits.
Hal Snow, AIT
Design Division Manager
Hal oversees the personnel resources for our Architectural and Interiors Studios. He is also responsible for Project and Client Management for our architectural projects. Hal has over 9 years of architectural design experience, and has managed and completed designs for projects ranging from yield studies and development design for large commercial development projects to small tenant improvements for food and retail franchises.
PAUL
ANGER
Environmental Division Manager
Paul overseas the resources for our Environmental Division. He is also responsible for Project and and Client Management for this group. Paul has over 15 years of experience, and has developed and managed numerous asbestos and lead identification and abatement oversight projects for federal, county, municipal, educational, commercial and private clients. He is experienced in asbestos and lead-based paint inspections, reporting, contractor oversight activities, contract administration and environmental assessments. Prior to performing environmental consulting services, he worked for a contractor performing remediation activities.
