This information is used for payment purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, this information is used to contact you.

Notification of Changes
FM GROUP will take precautions to protect your information whether submitted online or offline. When you submit sensitive information via the website payment portal, your information is encrypted and transmitted to us securely. You can verify this by looking for “https” at the beginning of the web page address. We also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job, such as shipping, billing or customer service, have access to personally identifiable information. Our computer servers that store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
A full refund of the initial Commitment Payment/Retainer is available if either FM GROUP or the client terminates the Architectural Services Contract within seven (7) days of Contract signature date with written notice to FM GROUP INC. In the event Client requests termination prior to completion of the proposed services but after seven (7) days, Client agrees to pay FM GROUP for all services performed from Contract Signature Date to the date written notice of termination was received. Shipping, permitting, printing, plotting and reproduction charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount at cost plus 15%.
